Quick action is key to moisture control, drying, and reduction of overall water damage restoration needs. We will secure damaged property from fire, water or storm quickly and efficiently, helping to minimize secondary damage. Once we receive a call from the property owner or insurance company, our emergency team contacts the property owner and responds as necessary. The emergency restoration team explains the necessary steps to mitigate the loss and answers any questions. Emergency board-ups, the placement of tarps as needed, dry-outs and pack-outs are performed immediately.

Northwest Restoration, Inc. provides the property owner with a detailed computerized estimate for the complete restoration of the property as needed. An agreed price is negotiated for entire restoration with the insurance company, the property owner signs the work authorization and the restoration project begins.
